PreRuling analyzes legal filings you submit and returns AI-generated feedback — such as potential weaknesses, likely opposing arguments, citation checks, and suggested changes. It is a decision-support tool intended to assist your own work, not to replace your judgment or a licensed attorney.
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You agree to provide accurate account information.
You retain all ownership of the documents and content you submit. You grant PinkViper Labs a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service to you. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not sell it. See our Privacy Policy for details. You represent that you have the right to submit any content you upload.

PreRuling, the PreRuling name and logo, and the software, design, and systems behind the service are owned by PinkViper Labs and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer any ownership to you.
The service relies on third parties (including Stripe, Supabase, and hosting and AI infrastructure providers). Your use may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any output is accurate, complete, or suitable for any filing or legal matter.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PinkViper Labs and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost data, or damages arising from any filing, ruling, missed deadline, or reliance on the service's output. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PinkViper Labs from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to us, other users, or third parties. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not otherwise resolved.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
